Supported Living

What is Supported Living

Supported living at Simply Homecare is a distinctive and empowering model where we provide care and accommodation through two separate and independent contracts. This approach is designed to offer individuals a greater degree of autonomy and flexibility while ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive in their chosen living arrangements.

The support provided in supported living is highly individualized. Care plans are tailored to the specific needs, preferences, and goals of each person. Whether it's assistance with daily activities, personal care, cleaning, shopping or achieving personal milestones, the support is designed to align with the unique requirements of each individual.

Our CQC regulated service provides personalised properties and care at an affordable price, starting at £400 per month for accommodation and £18 per hour for care

How is Supported Living different to a Care Home or Domiciliary Care?

At Simply Homecare, we recognize that choosing the right care arrangement is a significant decision, and understanding the distinctions between supported living, care homes and domiciliary care is crucial. Our commitment is to empower individuals to make informed choices that align with their preferences and lifestyle.

At Simply Homecare, we understand the importance of choice. Our supported living model empowers individuals to choose their preferred accommodation while tailoring the level of care to their specific needs. This personalized approach ensures that individuals receive support that aligns with their lifestyle and preferences.

The flexibility of our supported living model means that individuals can adapt their care services as their needs change over time. Whether it's adjusting the level of support or incorporating additional services, our goal is to provide a responsive and adaptable care framework.

The separation of care and accommodation contracts distinguishes our supported living model. This separation allows for greater transparency and clarity, ensuring that individuals understand the distinct aspects of their arrangements and have the flexibility to make decisions independently.
